Digile - Software Engineer - ServiceNow HRSD Module

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of HR processes, enabling efficient employee experiences through automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and Virtual Agent.

- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and integrations.

- Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and extend existing applications as required.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ServiceNow HRSD components.

- Create technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Ensure compliance with development standards and IT security policies.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 12 years focused on HRSD.

- Strong understanding of HR workflows and employee service delivery concepts.

- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP web services, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP, AD, SSO, etc.)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); HRSD Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
