About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee strategic implementation programs, ensuring timely delivery, scope compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role will interact with executive clients, cross-functional delivery teams, and ServiceNow technical experts to deliver high-impact ITSM and other enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, etc.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and communication cadence in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

- Facilitate kickoff sessions, governance, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

- Manage scope changes and financials under fixed-price agreements, ensuring timely change order process and profitability alignment.

Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of IT project management experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on ServiceNow/integrations.

- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow modules and PPM tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.

- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, report project health metrics, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

- PMP or similar certification preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
