About the Role :.

We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and automated workflows that improve service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools via REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.

- Implement features across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scripts, performance, workflows, and UI policies.

- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.

- Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and development best practices.

- Follow Agile methodology for task planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications :.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server side).

- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and security (ACLs, roles, etc.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills :.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server).

- Exposure to ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of UI/UX customization, Catalog development, and Service Portal.

- Familiarity with performance tuning, instance health, and system diagnostics.
