Digile - Salesforce Developer/Administrator - Aura Framework

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer & Administrator to design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both administration and development, with expertise in customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.

- Create and maintain workflows, process builder flows, approval processes, and validation rules.

- Handle data management activities such as data import/export, data cleansing, and data quality maintenance.

- Configure standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases) and custom objects.

- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and regular platform maintenance.

- Design and develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex.

- Build Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and UI enhancements.

- Develop and customize Visualforce pages when required.

- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work on deployment using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration functionalities.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Understanding of Salesforce security model and data model.

- Experience in Salesforce integration tools and API frameworks.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

- Experience with Service Cloud/Sales Cloud.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.

Experience :

- 3- 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
