Digile - Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Configuration : Create and manage standard Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and Process Builder.

- User & Security Management : Maintain data integrity and security by managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, provide support, and deliver solutions that enhance productivity.

- Data Management : Assist with data migration, data quality initiatives, and mass data updates using tools like Data Loader.

- Troubleshooting : Perform troubleshooting and support for end-user issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the Salesforce platform.

- System Maintenance : Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to implement new features and ensure system stability.

- Reporting & Dashboards : Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide business insights and track key metrics.

- Agile Participation : Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Salesforce Configuration : Proven expertise in creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other standard Salesforce configuration.

- User Management : Strong understanding of Salesforce user management, security models, and data governance best practices.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business users and technical teams.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Certifications : Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
