Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Projects Cloud Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Projects modules.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Project Management, and a proven track record of leading or contributing to multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects Cloud implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Oracle Cloud functional solutions aligned with best practices.
- Configure key modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance, Procurement, and Time & Labor modules.
- Perform functional testing, system validation, and defect resolution during various project phases.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Provide production support, resolve user issues, and drive system enhancements post-deployment.
- Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess impacts on existing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Projects.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Projects Cloud implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Projects modules: Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Project Management.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to project accounting and execution.
- Experience in integrations with Finance, Procurement, and Time & Labor.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Oracle Certification in Projects Cloud (Implementation Specialist or equivalent).
- Exposure to cross-functional modules such as Financials, Procurement, or HCM.
- Understanding of reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Experience in change management and training delivery for business users.
