- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion applications.

- Configure, develop, and customize EPM modules including but not limited to Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Close.

- Perform business requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle EPM best practices.

- Collaborate with technical teams on data integration and automation using EPM Integration Agent or Data Management tools.

- Work directly with clients to deliver solutions, provide support, and ensure successful adoption.

- Assist in pre-sales activities - RFP responses, solution demos, client presentations, and proposal creation.

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 14 years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion Suite.

- Hands-on experience with 2-3 full-cycle implementations.

- Strong functional understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Experience configuring and customizing modules like Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, or PBCS.

- Technical skills in Smart View, Calculation Manager, Data Management, and Business Rules.

- Solid understanding of financial consolidation, chart of accounts, and GL integrations.

- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
