About the Role :

Were looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable products end-to-end.

In this role, youll own complex features across frontend and backend systems, influence technical direction, and mentor other engineerswhile working closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building polished user experiences, solving system-level problems, and taking ownership from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own feature development from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and production.

- Architect and build scalable frontend and backend systems that support long-term growth.

- Make thoughtful technical decisions and tradeoffs with performance, security, and maintainability in mind.

- Build high-quality, performant user interfaces using modern frameworks (React / Next.js preferred).

- Lead implementation of complex UI flows, dashboards, and editor-like experiences.

- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect execution and excellent UX.

- Drive consistency through shared component libraries and design systems.

- Design and implement APIs, services, and data models.

- Work with databases, queues, background jobs, and caching layers.

- Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of backend systems.

- Optimize application performance and handle high-throughput workflows.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

- Review code with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.

- Help define engineering best practices, standards, and architecture.

- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Instrument and monitor key product metrics to inform iteration and optimization.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience and system performance.

- Work closely with designers, PMs, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.

- Contribute to a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Experience & Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.

- Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent).

- Solid experience with backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).

- Strong understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL) and system architecture.

- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

Engineering & Design Mindset :

- Strong UI/UX instincts and appreciation for clean, intuitive interfaces.

- Ability to design systems with scalability, security, and reliability in mind.

- Comfort working across the entire stack and diving deep where needed.

- High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality code
