Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT service management requirements.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems, such as monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and CMDBs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and custom applications.

- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM architecture, configuration, and customization.

- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, such as APIs, web services, and MID Server.

- Proficiency in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Understanding of ITIL principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
