Key Responsibilities :


- Design, configure, and implement solutions on ServiceNow HRSD, including :


1. HR Case Management


2. Employee Service Center (ESC)

3. Lifecycle Events

4. HR Knowledge Base

5. HR Integrations (Workday, SAP, etc.)

- Customize forms, develop workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, and integration logic.

- Develop and maintain HR Service Catalog items, including fulfillment workflows.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design solutions using Flow Designer, HR Templates, HR Services, and HR Criteria.

- Develop and implement security controls, including Role-based Access Control (RBAC), contextual security, and confidential data handling.

- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, including with Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS.

- Participate in agile sprints, story grooming, estimation, development, and UAT support.

- Provide ongoing platform support, bug fixes, enhancements, and upgrade assistance.

- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and HR privacy/security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years focused on HRSD.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules : HR Case, Lifecycle Events, ESC, Document Management.

- Experience with Flow Designer, HR criteria, HR catalog, HR templates, and COEs.

- Familiarity with Scoped Applications in HRSD.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server Scripts, UI Actions, and Business Rules.

- Experience working with Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

- Knowledge of HR data confidentiality practices.


- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).


- ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementation Specialist.

- Experience integrating with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

- Exposure to ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and AI Search.

- Knowledge of Reporting, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics in HRSD.
