We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support our client engagement.

The role involves configuring, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow modules, primarily ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, with exposure to integrations and automation.

The consultant will work with cross-functional teams to streamline IT and business service delivery processes.

Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools, monitoring platforms, and enterprise systems.

- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and service catalog items.

- Perform upgrades, patching, and module enhancements to ensure platform stability.

- Provide technical support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

- Document technical designs, processes, and solution architecture.

- Ensure best practices, performance tuning, and compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).

- Knowledge of Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).

- Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.

- Experience in Service Portal and Flow Designer.

- ITIL certification preferred.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
