Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced S/4 HANA ABAP Developer to join our SAP team. Will have strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions in SAP S/4 HANA environments.

The role requires proficiency in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData services, AMDP, and Fiori/UI5 integration, with the ability to collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms in S/4 HANA.

- Develop and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), and OData services for integration with Fiori/UI5 applications.

- Work on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects.

- Debug and resolve issues in custom ABAP programs and provide root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Perform code optimization and leverage HANA performance techniques (pushdown, SQL scripting, etc.

- Support integration with third-party systems using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

- Ensure adherence to SAP development best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.

- Provide technical documentation for all developments and enhancements.

- Work in Agile/DevOps methodologies with version control (Git), transport management, and continuous improvement mindset.

Must Have :

- Deep knowledge of core ABAP development including :

1. Reports

2. Interfaces

3. Conversions

4. Enhancements

5. Forms (Smart Forms / Adobe Forms)

- Mandatory experience in SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management)

- Proven expertise in performance analysis and code optimization

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
