Job Title : Senior QA Engineer Automation & Manual Testing.

Location : Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Noida, Chennai, Trivandrum.

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Rest Assured, along with a solid background in Java or Python programming.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our applications by designing and executing robust test strategies across web and API layers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

- Perform comprehensive manual testing of web applications and REST APIs.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage.

- Develop and maintain test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, BDD) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform API testing using Postman and validate responses through automated scripts.

- Conduct database validation using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

- Report, track, and manage defects using JIRA.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in software QA with a mix of manual and automation testing.

- Proficient in Java and/or Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with :

- Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

- TestNG, JUnit, and BDD frameworks.

- Postman for API testing.

- SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD.

- JIRA for bug tracking.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on cloud platforms with multi-tenancy and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.

- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
