Role : Senior Data Engineer Snowflake

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data models on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.

- Develop robust SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

- Implement and maintain data pipelines and integrations using JavaScript and SQL within Snowflake.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, BI developers, and product teams.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data solutions.

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of data issues in Snowflake.

- Follow best practices in data modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and data architecture.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake including performance tuning, data sharing, and advanced features.

- Expertise in Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical), including dimensional modeling.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization, indexing).

- Working knowledge of JavaScript for scripting within Snowflake (e.g., stored procedures, UDFs).

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data lake architecture.

- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
