Job Description :
- Experience in writing and facilitating workshops to gather required details with HR/vendors and other parties.
- Write Integration design specifications for the One People project, Support developers and testers and update IDDs based on quality assurance and One People testing.
Skill Requirements (Mandatory at least 3 yrs of exp) :
- Knowledge of HR data and processes related to New joiner, Termination, Global assignment, Global transfer, Acquisition, performance, learning and Development.
- Knowledge of Integration architecture (Integration from/to SuccessFactors from/to any other SAP Application) REST API, WebServices.
- Configure core modules in SuccessFactors Core HR to meet client requirements.
- Define workflows and business rules within SuccessFactors.
- Participate in data migration activities for employee and organizational data.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets user expectations.
- Work with development and participate in testing to resolve any issues identified during testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and map them to SuccessFactors Core capabilities.
- Document and analyze functional requirements for the implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core functionalities and
configuration options.
- Proficient Communication.
