Job Summary :


We are seeking a seasoned and skilled SAP SF Employee Central Core Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central core. This role is critical for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR systems.


The successful candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors to deliver high-quality solutions, with a strong focus on core HR processes. Experience with EC Time Off and Timesheet is a significant plus.


Key Responsibilities :

- SuccessFactors EC Implementation : Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, from discovery and design to configuration, testing, and deployment.

- System Configuration : Configure and maintain the core features of Employee Central, including employee data, organization structure, pay components, and workflows.

- Client Engagement : Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose effective solutions.

- Integration : Utilize your knowledge of SAP HR to facilitate and manage the integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP HR modules.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support for Employee Central core issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement timely and effective solutions.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and user guides.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through the effective use of SuccessFactors features.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Experience : 5 to 7 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience specifically with SuccessFactors Employee Central core.

- SuccessFactors Expertise : Deep functional and configuration knowledge of Employee Central core modules.

- SAP HR Knowledge : Strong understanding of the SAP HR module and its core functionalities.

- Integration Experience : Proven experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other systems, particularly SAP HR, is a major advantage.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients and internal teams.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

- Time Management : Experience working with EC Time Off and Timesheet will be an added advantage.
