Job Title : SAP IBP Consultant

Experience : 5-7 Years

Employment Type : Full-time only

Mandatory / Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) specifically in Demand, S&OP, and Response/Supply modules.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP IBP implementation project.

- Strong expertise in:

- Conducting business requirement workshops.

- Performing Fit-Gap analysis.

- Designing interfaces.

- Writing Functional Design Specs (FDS) and Business Process Procedures (BPP).

- Ability to configure SAP IBP modules:

- Demand Planning.

- S&OP.

- Response/Supply.

- Deep understanding of S/4HANA BOM, Routings, and Production Versions.

Familiarity with:

- Unit Testing, Cycle Testing.

- Integration Testing.

- User Manual Creation & End-user Support.

- Experience with structured SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Experience in stakeholder engagement and working closely with onsite/offshore teams.

Good to Have/Nice to Have :

- SAP IBP Certification.

- Experience with CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services).

- Exposure to integration with other SAP modules: SD, MM, PS, HR.

- Basic understanding of interfaces such as ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC.

- Previous experience in training delivery and knowledge transfer.

- Familiarity with SAP PP/DS or deeper S/4HANA supply chain functions.
