We are looking for a hardworking Developer with experience in Salesforce.com to join the New Ireland IT organization.

The Platform Developer will be responsible for development activities on our Salesforce.com platform.

You will be on the front line of implementing new features and functionalities and optimizing the operational process along the way.

In this role, you will :

- Lead development efforts on the Salesforce.com platform and manage the overall development process from design to deployment.

- Build configuration-first solutions to solve critical business problems.

- Design complex technical solutions and integrations.

- Promote advanced capabilities of the platform such as automation, AI, and workflow.

- Improve existing complex customizations; reduce technical debt and deficiencies.

- Provide strategic mentorship on design and architecture and serve as an informal resource for peers with less experience.

We are looking for someone with 4 years or more experience as a developer on Salesforce implementations, using Apex, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and the salesforce.com APIs.

Our ideal candidate will have strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Communities / Experience Cloud translating business requirements to technical requirements building solutions from those requirements.

A deep understanding of multiple environments, patterns and languages, especially including XML, HTML, SQL, Javascript and JSON, and CSS would be also be essential to succeed in this role.

Ideally someone with strong abilities to work autonomously, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and have worked in multi-project, multi methodology environments.

Essential Qualifications :

- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certified.
