Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Developer to lead the development of custom web and mobile applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VBS, JavaScript-based UI development, and Fusion REST API integrations.

- Experience working with Oracle PaaS and a solid understanding of Oracle SaaS extension frameworks is essential.

- Prior experience in Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) or OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :.

- Design and build custom web and mobile apps using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

- Extend Oracle Fusion Cloud UI via embedded VBS components, page composer, or application composer.

- Create dynamic UIs using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET components.

- Integrate with Oracle Fusion REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and external systems.

- Implement OAuth2-secured API calls, business logic, validations, and data formatting in VBS.

- Use Git/GitHub for source control and versioning.

- Set up and manage deployment pipelines in Oracle Visual Builder Studio or external CI/CD tools.

- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across different environments (Dev/Test/Prod).

- Prepare and maintain technical design documents (TDDs), configuration guides, and user documentation.

- Enforce best practices in naming conventions, reusability, and secure coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in VBS and modern web design practices.

- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of technical experience with Web application development (2 years Hands-On in VBS).

- Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience in using Fusion REST APIs and secure integration (OAuth2, Basic Auth).

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (e.g, Financials, SCM).

- Understanding of Fusion Cloud extensibility options and security model.

- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, and service orchestration flows.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ATP/ADW integration.

- Experience using Oracle Fusion Sandboxes for UI customizations, layout changes, and SaaS object extensions via Page and Application Composer.

- Strong documentation skills - HLDs, TDDs, Sandbox setup guides, and customization migration steps.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Redwood Developer Certification.

- Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery environments.

- Prior experience in Oracle ADF or OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
