We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on providing advanced, code-level support for critical production applications. This position requires deep expertise in modern technology stacks and a proactive approach to resolving complex issues, minimizing system downtime, and ensuring application stability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a primary point of contact and technical expert for all L3 production support incidents, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that require in-depth code and system knowledge.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.

- Work closely with development, quality assurance, and business teams to resolve issues and deploy fixes in a timely manner.

- Proactively monitor application health and performance using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, identifying potential issues before they impact end-users.

- Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule to ensure high availability of production systems.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and documentation.

- Perform database performance tuning and query optimization for both relational and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 5-8 years of hands-on experience in L3 production support. This is a must-have.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework.

- Hands-on experience with Angular 14 or a similar modern JavaScript framework.

- Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture.

- Deep expertise in production monitoring and observability with Splunk and Dynatrace. This is a mandatory requirement.

- Extensive experience with PL/SQL on MS SQL Server.

- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Specific Requirements :

- Must have experience supporting .NET applications, not just .NET for Windows desktop or client-side development.

- Proven ability to provide advanced, code-level production support.

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
