Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced L3 Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in .Net Core, Angular, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical support in production environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide L3 production support for business-critical applications

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in .Net Core and Angular-based

applications

- Work on microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration and performance

- Monitor and analyze system performance using Splunk and Dynatrace

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for root cause analysis and

permanent fixes

- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and preventive measures

- Support database-related troubleshooting on MS SQL Server and MongoDB (good to have)

Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in production support and application maintenance

- Hands-on expertise in C#.Net, .Net Core 6.0, Angular 14, and Microservices

- Strong experience with Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring tools

- Familiarity with PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, and MongoDB is an advantage

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

- Good communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders
