Role : Full Stack Developer (Node js, React js, AWS).

Experience : 8+ Years.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Architect with deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications.

The ideal candidate will drive architectural vision, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex applications using Node.js and React.js.

- Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions leveraging AWS services.

- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, and security guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations.

- Mentor and guide development teams to improve code quality and architectural consistency.

- Drive innovation and adoption of modern technologies and frameworks.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications.

- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve product delivery and system scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of software development and architecture experience.

- Strong expertise in Node.js backend development.

- Extensive experience with React.js frontend frameworks.

- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services including (but not limited to) EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, and IAM.

- Proven experience designing microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with serverless architectures.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.

- Previous experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
