We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cyber Tech Analyst to join our cybersecurity team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a strong foundation in designing, planning, and delivering security solutions within large-scale enterprise environments. This role requires excellent technical communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a global team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Security Solution Design & Implementation : Contribute to the design, planning, and successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions and projects in a complex, large-scale enterprise environment.

- Documentation & Reporting : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for security processes, configurations, and incidents. Prepare detailed reports on security metrics, risks, and project progress for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Incident Management Support : Assist in the management of security incidents, contributing to analysis, containment, and remediation efforts. Experience with incident management systems is a plus.

- System Analysis : Analyze and assess the performance and effectiveness of existing security tools and systems. Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, network engineering, and business units, to ensure security policies and best practices are implemented and followed.

- Communication : Clearly articulate technical concepts, security risks, and project updates to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to inform ongoing security initiatives.

Your Experience and Skills :

- Experience : A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity or a related technical role.

- Solution Delivery : Demonstrated skills in designing, planning, and delivering technical solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English. Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and reports.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Organizational Skills : Excellent design, documentation, planning, and reporting skills.

- Teamwork : The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse groups.

- Enterprise Environment : Experience working in a large organization is a significant plus.

- Security Systems : Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and/or incident management systems is a plus.
