About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Dialogflow CX Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, AI-driven chatbots and backend services, leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies to create seamless conversational workflows.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design and implement sophisticated conversational workflows and intents using Dialogflow CX to deliver intuitive, natural user experiences.

- Develop backend services primarily in Python, using frameworks like Flask and libraries such as Pandas, deploying these within containerized environments for scalability.

- Build and manage cloud-native applications using GCP services including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Scheduler to enable event-driven and serverless architectures.

- Integrate conversational agents with external systems and third-party APIs to enhance bot functionality and data accessibility.

- Design and implement robust data pipelines using BigQuery for analytics, reporting, and improving AI-driven conversational outcomes.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate code testing, deployment, and delivery, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.

- Apply advanced prompting techniques and best practices in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI to optimize user interactions.

- Follow established software design patterns and coding standards to produce scalable, maintainable, and well-documented codebases.

- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and cloud architects to align technical solutions with business goals and AI strategies.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Proven experience with Dialogflow CX or equivalent conversational AI platforms.

- Strong Python development skills with experience in Flask and data manipulation libraries.

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services (Cloud Run, Functions, Scheduler, BigQuery).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation workflows.

- Solid understanding of NLP, AI, and machine learning concepts in conversational design.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
