Responsibilities :

- Own Agile delivery across scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, roadmaps, and budgets.

- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate all Agile ceremonies: backlog preparation (epic/story/task), estimation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint/ad-hoc demos, releases, and retrospectives.

- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices, ensure adherence to DoR/DoD, and guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity while adapting pragmatically to team context.

- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, new requests, dependencies, and roadmap alignment.

- Track delivery using burndown charts, velocity, KPIs, and ensure alignment between commitments and execution.

- Proactively identify, mitigate, and remove risks, blockers, conflicts, and dependencies; ensure resources are clearly and continuously briefed.

- Ensure quality delivery by reviewing acceptance criteria, test plans, test cases, QA triage, and sprint deliverables.

- Act as a delivery interface for engineering, product, QA, design, customers, and stakeholders.

- Proactively organize customer/stakeholder meetings, share MoMs and actions, and provide clear, data-driven status reports.

- Support release readiness including release notes, app store submission planning, and project documentation.

- Develop strong understanding of Diagnals products, platforms, delivery models, engagement structures, contractual milestones, and stakeholder expectations.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and senior engineers / technical architects to perform solution analysis, scope trade-offs, dependency analysis, and feasibility assessments during discovery and roadmap planning.

- Perform data-driven analysis on product usage, delivery metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities, optimization areas, and backlog refinements.

Requirements :

- 4- 6 years experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager.

- Experience leading Scrum teams in domains such as video streaming, e-commerce, gaming, ride sharing, e-learning, online travel booking, telecom, or similar.

- Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile apps, consumer-facing websites, AWS-based full-stack JavaScript platforms, or CMS platforms.

- Strong understanding of SDLC; hands-on development experience preferred.

- CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certified.

- Strong knowledge of Scrum artifacts and practices.

- Expertise with Atlassian project management tools including Jira and Confluence.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.

- Experience working with globally distributed teams.

- Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and non-functional requirements.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret delivery metrics, usage data, and customer feedback.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field.

- Experience creating and presenting project delivery reports.
