Role Overview :

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms on Azure, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in security, governance, and deployment. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, production-ready data engineering solutions.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in data engineering within financial services or related domains.

- Azure ecosystem (Hands-on) : SQL Server/DB, Blob Storage, ADF, Functions, ETL vs ELT, Monitoring, Key Vault

- Azure resource management : RBAC, configuration, security, governance via Azure Portal

- Data warehousing & DB management : Data quality, integration, modeling

- End-to-end data engineering project management & orchestration

- Deployment : Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, repositories, API

- Programming : SQL, Python, PySpark
