We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team at Dhirendra Group. The role is about creating designs that look great and are easy to use. You'll work closely on wireframes, prototypes, and final mockups while making sure designs are consistent, responsive, and accessible across devices.

Experience : 3-5 years

Key Skills :

- Visual Design Fundamentals - strong grasp of color, typography, spacing, alignment, and balance.

- Design Systems & Style Guides - building and maintaining reusable UI patterns for consistency.

- Prototyping Tools - experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Framer.

- Wireframing & Layouts - from early sketches to polished high-fidelity mockups.

- Responsive Design - designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

- Accessibility - knowledge of contrast ratios, screen reader support, and keyboard navigation.

Roles and responsibilities :

1.Design Execution :

- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with project goals and user needs.

- Translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

2. Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.

- Present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

3. Design Systems & Consistency :

- Build and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

- Create reusable UI components and patterns for scalability.

4. Prototyping & Testing :

- Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Framer to create interactive prototypes.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.

5. Responsive & Accessible Design :

- Ensure designs are responsive across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).

- Apply accessibility best practices including contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.

Hiring Process :
