About the Role :


Are you passionate about solving complex hardware challenges and shaping the future of custom silicon? Join us as a DFT Engineer, where youll be at the heart of architecting and delivering world-class Design-for-Test solutions for cutting-edge ASIC designs.


This role gives you the freedom to innovate, build, automate, and influence silicon that goes into real, high-performance products. You will work across multiple projects, collaborate with top-tier engineers, and own DFT from concept all the way to production.

What Youll Do :


- Own the design and implementation of advanced DFT architecture and methodologies for complex ASICs.


- Build smart automationdevelop efficient flows, scripts, and tools that elevate productivity and test quality.


- Drive DFT across the entire ASIC lifecycle, from RTL integration through tape-out and production readiness.


- Work closely with world-class teams on SoC integration, silicon bring-up, failure analysis, and debug.


- Implement industry-leading ATPG, SCAN, MBIST, and iJTAG solutions.


- Apply DFT best practices and fault modeling techniques to maximize test coverage and product reliability.


- Continuously improve DFT flows, methodologies, and internal standardsyour ideas will shape how we work.


What You Bring :


- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.


- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DFT developmentATPG, SCAN, MBIST, iJTAG.


- Solid expertise with ASIC DFT design flows and ATPG/SCAN tools (Tessent experience is a strong plus).


- Strong scripting skills (Python, Perl, Tcl, or similar) and a passion for building efficient automation.


- Practical experience with JTAG/iJTAG protocols, SoC cycles, silicon bring-up, and debug.


- Good understanding of fault modeling and test quality improvement techniques.


- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to learn fast and deliver in dynamic environments.
