Job Description :

We are looking for experienced DFT Engineers to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies.

The role involves end-to-end DFT implementation, pattern generation, and post-silicon debug using industry-leading EDA tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands-on experience in ATPG, JTAG & IJTAG protocols, MBIST, and Scan Architectures

- Proficient in Scan Insertion, ATPG, MBIST Pattern Verification, and Post-Silicon Debug

- Post-silicon validation and debug experience

- Working knowledge of Siemens, Cadence, or Synopsys DFT tools

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Scripting experience in PERL, Tcl, and C-Shell is a plus

Skills :

- DFT, ATPG, JTAG, IJTAG, MBIST, Scan Insertion

- Siemens / Cadence / Synopsys DFT Tools

- Post-silicon validation & debug

- Perl / Tcl / C-Shell scripting

- Semiconductor design flow knowledge

- Strong problem-solving & communication
