DFT Engineer

Description :

We are seeking a skilled DFT Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in design for test methodologies and will play a crucial role in ensuring our integrated circuits meet high testing standards.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement design for test (DFT) techniques for complex IC designs.

- Collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure DFT methodologies are integrated early in the design process.

- Analyze test coverage and improve DFT strategies to meet production goals.

- Support silicon bring-up and debug activities related to DFT.

- Generate DFT documentation and reports for project stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in DFT for digital designs.

- Strong knowledge of DFT methodologies including scan, BIST, and ATPG.

- Proficiency in using DFT tools and EDA software such as Synopsys DFT Compiler, Mentor Graphics, or Cadence tools.

- Experience with RTL design and verification languages such as VHDL or Verilog.

- Familiarity with JTAG and boundary-scan technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
