Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Lead with mandatory AI/GenAI experience to build and secure scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage secure cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Manage Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement DevSecOps practices including security scanning, secrets management, IAM, and vulnerability management.

- Build monitoring, logging, and observability for production systems.

- Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using Python/Bash.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support AI/ML/GenAI products and workloads.

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability, security, and performance improvements.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps/Cloud Engineering experience.

- Mandatory experience with AI/ML/GenAI products or infrastructure.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.

- Experience with GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins and CI/CD.

- Strong Linux and scripting skills.

- Experience with secrets management, security scanning, and observability.

- Strong ownership and production troubleshooting experience.

- Good communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams.

- Willingness to undergo background verification and work with UAE time-zone overlap.

Preferred :

- Experience in enterprise, banking, healthcare, government, energy, or other regulated environments.

- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional, and client-facing teams.

- Experience with globally distributed teams.
