- Integration : Integrate ServiceNow with security tools like Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and SCCM.

- Customization & Scripting : Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes using JavaScript and Glide scripting.

- ITOM/CMDB Alignment : Maintain data quality and support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) alignment.

- Process Improvement : Work with SOC (Security Operations Center) and IT teams to automate security incident handling.

- Workflow Automation : Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub for automated data management.

Required Skills :

Experience :

- 4+ years in ServiceNow development, specifically within SecOps or ITOM modules.

Technical Knowledge :

- Strong experience in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server management.

Platform Expertise :
