We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Consultant to join our team. This role requires a strong background in .Net development, coupled with deep expertise in Azure DevOps and a security-first mindset. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust DevSecOps practices, integrating security tests into CI/CD pipelines, and acting as a security champion for development teams, ultimately enhancing the security posture of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive DevSecOps tests, including SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing).

- Support DevOps operations by seamlessly integrating developed SAST and DAST tests into CI/CD pipeline builds within Azure DevOps.

- Create and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring continuous integration and continuous deployment with a strong security focus.

- Leverage core DevSecOps principles to design and implement end-to-end security solutions.

- Conduct DevSecOps maturity assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements in existing processes.

- Act as a dedicated security champion for application development teams, providing guidance and fostering secure coding practices.

- Maintain and support applications developed with ASP.NET Web Forms, Windows services, C#, and SQL Server 2008.

- Apply very strong fundamentals in .Net Framework 4.x and above, along with a strong understanding and application of C# and .Net enterprise patterns, including the usage of Microsoft Enterprise Library.

- Work with WebAPI, WCF, and Microsoft reporting tools (RDL) SSRS.

- Ensure good understanding of IIS configuration for application deployments.

- Possess good debugging and troubleshooting skills for both frontend and backend issues.

- Engage in writing and optimizing complex queries that access and process millions of records.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms, Windows services, C#, and SQL Server 2008.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline, and working with DevOps-based deployments.

- Very strong fundamentals in .Net Framework 4.x and above.

- Strong understanding and application in C# and .Net enterprise patterns and usage of Microsoft Enterprise Library.

- Experience on WebAPI, WCF, and Microsoft reporting tool (RDL) SSRS.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS3.

- Good understanding of IIS configuration.

- Good expertise in SQL design (normalization, index design, data modeling) and programming (stored procedures, functions), with development experience.

- Good debugging/troubleshooting skills on both frontend and backend.

- Experience of writing and optimizing queries that access/process millions of records.

- Good communication skills verbal and written.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps tests: SAST, DAST.

- Experience supporting DevOps operations by integrating developed SAST and DAST tests into CI/CD pipeline builds.

- Ability to create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Strong focus on Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment with a Security mindset.

- Experience leveraging DevSecOps principles to design and implement Security solutions.

- Ability to perform DevSecOps maturity assessments.

- Experience working as a security champion for application development teams.
