Job Title : DevOps Technical Lead
Location : Remote (India)

Join BrezQs global engineering team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and automation-driven AWS-native infrastructure. We are looking for seasoned DevOps professionals who bring deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to support cloud transformation initiatives for global clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. CI/CD Automation :
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Integrate automated testing, security scanning (Trivy, Snyk), and progressive delivery workflows.
- Ensure high reliability and repeatability across environments.
2. AWS Cloud Engineering :
- Provision and deploy large-scale AWS-native services including EKS, ECS, Lambda.
- Implement auto-scaling, multi-AZ high availability, VPC peering, and secure networking practices.
- Optimize cloud cost and performance.
3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :
- Build reusable Terraform modules for multi-environment (Dev/Stage/Prod) provisioning.
- Use CloudFormation for AWS-native stack deployments.
- Manage Terraform state using S3, Terraform Cloud.
4. Kubernetes & Cloud-Native Delivery :
- Implement blue/green and canary deployments using Argo Rollouts with automated traffic shifting and analysis.
- Manage EKS clustersincluding node groups, IRSA, Karpenter, and lifecycle operations.
- Develop Helm charts and Kustomize overlays for environment-specific deployments.
5. Observability & Monitoring :
- Implement observability stack with Prometheus (federation, remote_write), Grafana, Loki, and Tempo.
- Set up Alertmanager-based alerting with SLO/SLI-driven dashboards.
- Ensure deep visibility into system reliability and performance.
6. Automation & Scripting :
- Develop internal tools and automation using Golang or Python.
- Build integrations with gRPC/REST APIs for platform automation and orchestration.
7. Computer Science & System Design :
- Apply strong CS fundamentals including distributed systems (CAP theorem), algorithms, and system design patterns (CQRS, Saga).
- Contribute to architecture decisions and platform roadmaps.
8. Operational Excellence :
- Drive SRE best practiceson-call ownership (PagerDuty), root cause analysis (5 Whys), runbook creation, and chaos engineering (Litmus/Chaos Mesh).
- Ensure SLAs and SLIs are consistently met across services.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Event-driven architecture with Kafka/SQS; familiarity with DDD concepts.
- Experience with artifact management (JFrog, ECR), vulnerability scanning, multi-arch image builds.
- Experience with large monorepos using Bazel, Gradle, or Rush.
- Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio), mTLS, OPA/Gatekeeper security policies.
Experience Requirements :
- Technical Lead : 8+ years of experience leading platform/DevOps teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical roadmaps.
- Senior/DevOps Engineer : 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native and DevOps automation.
