Job Title : DevOps (Splunk Developer) Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer DevOps (Splunk Developer) to design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions. The role involves working with Splunk, ELF, and Dynatrace, with additional exposure to Java coding for integration and customization. The ideal candidate should bring strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in delivering high-quality monitoring solutions in enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, configure, and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to support operational monitoring and analysis.


- Implement observability solutions using ELF, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools.


- Automate monitoring processes to ensure scalability, performance, and proactive issue detection.


- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions into CI/CD pipelines.


- Perform root cause analysis of incidents, leveraging Splunk and Dynatrace to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.


- Provide recommendations for optimization of application and infrastructure monitoring.


- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and best practices.


Required Skills :


- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk (development and administration).


- Strong expertise in ELF (log analysis) and Dynatrace (application performance monitoring).


- Basic knowledge and exposure to Java coding for custom integrations.


- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.


- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on observability and monitoring.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
