DevOps Specialist - AWS/Google Cloud Platform

About the job :

We are looking to onboard a DevSecOps to join our team and be a part of the multidisciplinary team, in a diverse, fast-paced, and innovative environment.

You will be responsible for :

- Proposing and implementing advanced cloud architectures, in continuous alignment with key cloud providers, such as AWS and Google

- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.

- Support the continuous evolution of the client's infrastructure as code approach, ensuring advanced levels of automation throughout the lifecycle of all workloads.

- Ensuring there are no single points of failure in the infrastructure.

- Continuously improving efficiency when setting up new cloud infrastructure and maintaining existing instances, ensuring automation, resilience, and security.

- Building the bridge between Security and DevOps teams

- Play a pivotal part in the implementation of security recommendations, while supporting sales, compliance and delivery in the context of Audits and RFPs

You will require the following qualifications and skills :

- Experience with Docker

- Experience with Linux systems management

- Proven experience in Kubernetes

- Experience with Git, GitHub, BitBucket or Stash

- Experience with CI and CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo or similar)

- Solid Experience with at least a programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, GO, Java, Node.js, PHP)

- Experience with application and system monitoring tools (such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Kibana)

- Experience in the configuration, management and troubleshooting of web servers (Apache, NGINX), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), caching (Cassandra, Redis, Memcache or others) and queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ or similar)

- Experience working as a DevSecOps or Cloud Engineer in an agile and fast-paced environment

- Experience in a continuous integration/deploy environment

- Experience with AWS

- Automation experience in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture
