Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced DevOps Solution Architect with deep hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud, modern DevOps practices, and Kubernetes-based architectures.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end DevOps pipelines, ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability across multi-cloud environments.

- The role requires strong knowledge of Cloudflare, DataDog, CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitOps), Docker, and Kubernetes, with a passion for automation and infrastructure-as-code.

- Exposure to other cloud platforms like Azure or GCP is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Design and implement DevOps solutions that are cloud-native, scalable, and secure.

- Architect CI/CD pipelines using tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

- Plan and build multi-cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, optionally Azure/GCP).

- Define and implement GitOps workflows and policy-driven deployments.

- Create scalable Kubernetes platforms using managed services (EKS, AKS, GKE) or self-managed clusters.

DevOps Engineering :

- Build reusable infrastructure templates using Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.

- Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestrate deployments with ArgoCD or Flux.

- Design secure ingress/egress strategies using Cloudflare Zero Trust, SSL termination, and path-based routing.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks.

Security & Governance :

- Integrate DevSecOps best practices into pipelines (e.g., secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code).

- Implement Zero Trust Architecture using Cloudflare and IAM best practices.

- Conduct architecture reviews, cloud security audits, and compliance assessments.

Collaboration & Advisory :

- Act as a technical advisor to developers, cloud engineers, and management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable continuous delivery and site reliability.

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to the creation of internal standards and reusable patterns.

Technical Skills :

Core Expertise :

- Cloud : AWS (must), Azure/GCP (plus)

- Containers : Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

- CI/CD : ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins

- IaC : Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation

- Monitoring & Logging : DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK

- Networking & Security : Cloudflare, AWS VPC, Zero Trust, TLS/SSL

- Scripting & Automation : Python, Bash, YAML

Tools & Platforms :

- GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)

- Secret management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)

- Cloud-native observability stacks

- Cloud cost optimization and governance tools

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Solutions Architect Professional

- Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification

- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust access policies and tunnels

- Experience with multi-cloud deployment strategies and cloud agnostic patterns

- Background in SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure modernization initiatives
