DevOps/Platform Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Overview :

We are looking for passionate DevOps/Platform Engineers with strong experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and highly available systems while enabling faster and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE)

- Build and provision infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible (IaC)

- Manage code repositories using GitHub / Bitbucket

- Develop automation scripts using Shell scripting

- Monitor and optimize systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native tools

- Work on cloud platforms (GCP preferred / AWS / Azure)

- Implement DevSecOps practices (SAST/DAST integration)

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines

- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and infrastructure problems

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins mandatory, Argo CD preferred)

- Hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes (GKE preferred)

- Strong expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

- Experience with Ansible (configuration management)

- Cloud experience in GCP / AWS / Azure

- Experience with GitHub / Bitbucket (version control)

- Proficiency in Shell scripting / Bash

- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana

- Understanding of DevSecOps practices (SAST/DAST tools)

Good to Have :

- Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain

- Exposure to GitOps (Argo CD)

- Experience working in multi-cloud environments
