- Lead, mentor, and manage the DevOps and SRE teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, ELB, Route53, SNS) and other cloud platforms as needed.

- Manage application deployments, build-and-release pipelines, and automated CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins.

- Configure and maintain Linux servers, Nginx, networking, clusters, storage, backups, and monitoring systems.

- Implement and manage disaster recovery, failover, and high-availability solutions.

- Automate operational tasks, large-scale systems, and processes using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash, or others.

- Ensure security best practices and compliance across cloud infrastructure and applications.

- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to support continuous delivery and agile practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles, with strong individual contributor experience.

- Extensive knowledge of AWS, Linux, Jenkins, Nginx, networking, and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby, Go, etc.) for automation.

- Expertise in scaling systems, cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), distributed systems, and monitoring tools.

- Strong understanding of storage, database management, backups, and disaster recovery.

- Knowledge of security protocols, standards, and best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in leading high-performing DevOps/SRE teams.

- Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools and practices.
