- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years in DevOps leadership/management roles.

- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

Role Overview :

As a DevOps Manager, you will lead the DevOps team to design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of applications while driving automation and continuous improvement across development and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

DevOps Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and implement DevOps strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.

- Drive adoption of best practices in automation, monitoring, and deployment.

CI/CD & Automation :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.

- Ensure seamless integration between development, testing, and production environments.

Cloud & Infrastructure Management :

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

- Oversee containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure DevOps processes adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution.

- Collaborate with InfoSec teams to integrate security into DevOps workflows (DevSecOps).

Performance & Reporting :

- Track and report on DevOps KPIs (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, uptime).

- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.

- Continuously evaluate tools, processes, and technologies for improvement.

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, Bash) and automation frameworks.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
