DevOps Lead - Docker/Kubernetes

Job Role : DevOps Lead

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments

- Manage Kubernetes clusters (on-prem) with both IPv4 & IPv6 networking

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

- Ensure DCDR setup, failover, and HA for all critical services

- Automate infrastructure and operations using Ansible & shell scripting

- Handle monitoring & observability using Grafana and Prometheus

- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and automate using Cert-Manager / OpenSSL

- Configure and maintain file synchronization & transfer using vsftpd and Lsyncd

Technical Skills Required :

- Linux : CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky

- Containers & Orchestration : Docker, Docker-Compose, Kubernetes (on-prem deployment), Helm Charts, Calico networking

- Cloud Platforms : AWS & GCP

- CI/CD : Jenkins

- Automation : Ansible, Shell scripting

- Monitoring : Grafana, Prometheus

- Databases (HA) : Cassandra, TimescaleDB

- Messaging & Cache (Basic) : Redis, RabbitMQ

- Clustering : PCS Cluster

- Security : SSL/TLS, certificate automation

Good to Have :

- Experience handling enterprise-scale HA & DR architectures

- Ability to lead deployments and mentor junior engineers (for Lead role)
