DevOps Lead - Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with 10 to 15 years of expertise in CI/CD implementation, cloud infrastructure management, containerization, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps transformation initiatives, streamline deployment processes, and ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines.

- Lead DevOps strategy and automation initiatives across projects.

- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure environments.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management.

- Troubleshoot complex deployment and infrastructure issues.

- Implement security best practices, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.

- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure costs.

- Mentor DevOps engineers and establish DevOps best practices within teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux Administration.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Groovy.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10 to 15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with DevSecOps practices and security automation.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
