DevOps Lead - CI/CD Pipeline

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployment.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.

- Ensure high availability and performance of production systems through effective monitoring and incident response.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline code integration and deployment.

- Promote and implement DevOps best practices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC, and security.

- Manage and optimize AWS RDS (MySQL, Postgres).

- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, providing technical leadership and support.

- Implement and manage observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

- Maintain and evolve cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.

- Conduct root cause analysis and drive post-incident process improvements.

- Ensure timely resolution of all audit findings and compliance requirements.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.

- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.

- Strong background in Linux system administration and scripting (Shell, Python).

- Deep experience managing AWS RDS (MySQL, Postgres).

- Solid hands-on with AWS and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of networking, system security, and cloud monitoring.

- Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Proven ability in incident handling and root cause analysis.

- Track record of addressing and closing security audits and compliance issues.
