DevOps Engineering Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team.

- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for fast and safe deployments.

- Own and optimize cloud infrastructure (preferably on AWS or GCP).

- Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Define and monitor SLOs, SLAs, and system reliability metrics.

- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure the best DevSecOps practices.

- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for production environments.

- Own incident response, postmortems, and continuous improvements.

Requirements :

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

- Good understanding of system security and DevSecOps principles.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
