DevOps Engineer - System Administration

Job Description :

- Systems Administration : A strong understanding of systems administration is essential for managing server and network infrastructures

- Troubleshooting : The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues is crucial in resolving system problems

- Operating Systems : In-depth knowledge of various operating systems, such as Linux and Windows Server, is necessary for managing and maintaining server environments

- Networking : Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies is important for managing and configuring network infrastructures

- Scripting : Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python, can be beneficial for automating tasks and improving efficiency

- Hardware : Understanding hardware components and their configurations is important for managing and maintaining server hardware, vitalization on cloud and VMWare technologies. Hands on expertise in Infrastructure as Code is a must.

- Security : Knowledge of security principles and best practices is necessary for implementing and maintaining secure network environments

- Ability to automate and speed up build, deployment process and release process using scripting languages like Perl, shell, PowerShell and Python.

- Experience in working with dynamic virtual and cloud environment. (Public and Private clouds)

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment, infrastructure, and networking.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing and quality assurance processes into CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and software development methodologies.

- Knowledge and clear understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux administration. experiences.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
