About the Role :
- We are looking for a DevOps Engineer III to help define and build our DevOps and infrastructure foundation as we scale.
- The ideal candidate will take ownership of our automation strategy, cloud infrastructure, and release processes. You will play a key role in strengthening our DevOps controls, improving reliability, and building a scalable platform to support our AI-driven healthcare systems.
- This is a high-impact role requiring both hands-on technical depth and strong collaboration across engineering teams
Responsibilities :
- Identify infrastructure and platform gaps, and develop scalable solutions to support engineering teams
- Define and implement automated build and deployment best practices
- Design and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
- Build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP), including VPCs and networking
- Lead containerization and orchestration initiatives (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes
- Implement strong monitoring, logging, and alerting practices
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure reliable and secure production deployments
- Contribute to build vs buy vs OSS tooling decisions
- Support high-availability production environments and incident management processes
- Participate in project planning and technical roadmap discussions
Requirements :
- 6+ years of relevant experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE
- 2+ years of hands-on Python scripting or automation experience
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
- Strong Linux / Unix administration background
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using open-source tools
- Extensive expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Familiarity with industry-standard release automation tools and processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
