About the Role :

We're looking for a highly experienced and senior DevOps Engineer (Level 3) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your extensive expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, advanced automation, and distributed systems to design, build, and optimize our infrastructure across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the operational reliability, performance, and security of our large-scale systems, driving best practices in DevSecOps and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud-Native Architecture & Operations :

- Design, implement, and manage robust cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker in complex hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Lead the building and operation of large-scale infrastructure components within public cloud environments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

Advanced Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

- Act as an expert in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with extensive hands-on experience in automating infrastructure deployment and management across multiple clouds using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and/or CloudFormation.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, infrastructure changes, and integrate security checks in a multi-cloud setting.

Observability & Reliability Engineering :

- Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to ensure operational reliability and provide deep insights into system performance.

- Utilize and implement expertise in tools and technologies such as EFK stack (Elasticsearch, Fluentd/Logstash, Kibana), Prometheus, and Kafka.

DevSecOps & Security Integration :

- Drive and integrate cloud-native DevSecOps practices and tools throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring security is embedded from design to deployment.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

- Possess proficiency in languages like Go (preferred) or Python for automation, tool development, and system interactions.

- Work with various databases including MongoDB, Cassandra, NoSQL, and Postgres, understanding their operational needs.

- Apply strong knowledge of distributed systems, Linux systems, cloud computing, networking, and distributed storage technologies to build and optimize complex infrastructure solutions.

- Collaborate closely with development, operations, security, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

- Experience building single-pane-of-glass applications for infrastructure operations portals is a plus.

Requirements :

- Extensive 6+ experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

- Expertise in building and operating large-scale infrastructure in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Expert in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), with hands-on experience in automating infrastructure across multiple clouds.

- Familiarity with cloud-native DevSecOps practices and tools, integrating security and automation across the SDLC.

- Strong automation skills using CI/CD pipelines in a multi-cloud environment.
