DevOps Engineer - IAC Terraform

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our global team.

In this role, you'll be a key player in managing our infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring the reliability of our platforms.

You'll work closely with a distributed team to maintain smooth deployments and uphold our high standards for availability and reliability.

This is a hands-on position that requires a security-minded professional who can also work independently within a local context.

Responsibilities

- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment processes and system operations.

- CI/CD: Manage and optimize our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to ensure fast and reliable software delivery.

- Orchestration: Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications at scale.

- Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.

- Security: Integrate security best practices into our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on production environments.

- Collaboration: Work effectively with a global DevOps team, collaborating across different offices and time zones to achieve shared goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Containerization: Proven expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.

- CI/CD: Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform for managing infrastructure.

- Observability Tools: Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

- Security Focus: A strong understanding of security principles and experience securing production environments.

- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a

global, distributed team.

- Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and maintain high standards for platform reliability and availability
