About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for automating and optimizing infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support data engineering initiatives and ensure robust, scalable, and secure cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.

- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines on GCP with Azure DevOps.

Manage and optimize various GCP services such as :

- Compute Engine, Cloud Data Fusion, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, BigQuery, and BigQuery datasets.

- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enable scalable and repeatable deployments.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to support end-to-end software delivery.

- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot GCP resources and pipeline performance.

- Ensure compliance with security and reliability best practices in cloud architecture.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation for infrastructure processes and workflows.

- Use Python and Bash scripting to automate tasks and enhance system performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

- Expert in Terraform and Ansible for IAC and configuration management.

- Proficient in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance using Azure DevOps.

- Solid understanding of GCP data engineering tools and practices.

- Strong scripting ability in Python and Bash.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
