Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology hub in Jaipur. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor, architecting robust CI/CD pipelines and managing complex cloud infrastructures to ensure seamless software delivery.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between development and operations.

By driving automation and optimizing cloud resource utilization, you will directly influence the scalability, reliability, and security of our platforms, ultimately delivering a superior experience to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure to ensure high availability and performance for mission-critical applications.

- Orchestrate containerized environments using Kubernetes to streamline deployment cycles and improve resource efficiency across development and production clusters.

- Implement advanced CI/CD automation strategies to reduce manual intervention and accelerate the time-to-market for new feature releases.

- Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts to minimize system downtime and maintain rigorous service level agreements.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of DevOps best practices, security-first development, and operational excellence within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale production environments on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

- Proven ability to manage complex Kubernetes clusters, including configuration, monitoring, and security hardening.

- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Go, or Bash to solve infrastructure challenges.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively in hybrid or on-site team environments based in Jaipur.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud engineering roles.
